The price of gold saw a huge decrease in Pakistan on Friday as the rate of 24-Karats gold dropped by Rs1,000 per tola.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, after this decrease, one tola of 24-Karats gold was being traded for Rs2,32,600 per tola.
Similarly, the rate of 10 grams of 24-Karats pure gold decreased by Rs857 per 10 grams and traded at Rs1,99,417 per 10 grams.
The price of 10 grams of 22-Karats gold was being traded for Rs1,82,800.
In the international market, the price of yellow metal decreased by US$12 per ounce to US$1,964 per ounce.
The rates of pure silver of 24 karats were also decreased by Rs50 per tola to Rs2,850 per tola on Friday.
While the rate of 10 grams of 24 karats gold also reduced by Rs42.87 to Rs2,243.41 per 10 grams.
